# Get job

Get job is a read in the HeadHoncho API. One job or lead: who, where, when, which status, which technicians, the money on it and the ad click it came from.

Page: https://headhoncho.app/docs/api/get_job | Part of the HeadHoncho API docs: https://headhoncho.app/docs/api | Machine-readable: https://headhoncho.app/docs/api/openapi.json

## The request

Reference for **Get job**, HeadHoncho API v1. It is a read, sent to the base address `https://api.headhoncho.app`.

`GET /api/v1/jobs/{job_id}`

The key or app needs the **Jobs** area at **read**. It counts as a read call: 300 a minute for each key or connected app. See [rate limits](https://headhoncho.app/docs/api/errors#rate-limits).

Send your key as `Authorization: Bearer hh_live_...`. See [API keys](https://headhoncho.app/docs/api/keys).

## Parameters

| Name | Kind | Required | Description | Example |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| `job_id` | id, in the path | Yes | The job id, or its number. | `job_1138` |

## What comes back

The job. Money is the price quoted, what was collected, and the profit after the subcontractor, each as a number in the company's currency. source is how the job was attributed: filled_by says whether the click came off a tracked call or the job's own record.

It never changes a record. It only reads the companies the key reaches.
