Starting
Do I need a card to start?
No. Free is a plan, not a trial. One company, five subs, a hundred jobs a month, and every feature. You add a card only when you move up.
What happens when a call comes in and I'm on a job?
The AI picks up, gets the name, the address and a time window, and books it. If a call needs you, it lands on your phone as one question. You say yes.
Can the AI send a customer something I did not approve?
No. Replies wait in one tray until you press Send. You can let it send the routine ones on its own, one kind at a time, when you trust it.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp, SMS and phone calls today. Telegram is coming. Your techs and subs use the phones they already have.
How does the Google Ads part work?
We match the calls your ads brought to the jobs you actually booked and got paid for, then send those back to Google as conversions. Google learns which clicks turn into money and sends you more of them. You get a short list of what to turn off and what to feed.
What do my techs and subs need to install?
Nothing. They get the job on WhatsApp or by text, like they do now. The app is for you.
The AI
Does the AI tell callers it is an AI?
Yes, always, in its first sentence. That cannot be turned off.
What if a caller wants a person?
The AI hands off: it promises a call back within the hour and the ask lands on your phone in Needs you, with the number. It never pretends.
Can the AI change a price or promise a time it does not have?
No. It books from your real calendar and your real price list. Anything above your auto-book limit comes to you as one question.
Where does what the AI did show up?
On the job, in its Bots tab, and in the AI log: what was raised, what you accepted, what it cost in credits. Every move has an undo.
Money
How does a sub's text become the books?
He texts what he always texts: the total, the parts, how he was paid. Jobs AI reads it into three lines. Nothing is on the books until you press Book it.
How are his cut and mine worked out?
Money in, minus parts, then his percentage of what is left, or a fixed amount if that is your deal with him. His standing rate, unless this job says otherwise.
What does closing a balance send?
The app writes the statement, a PDF, and the WhatsApp message: who owes who, how much, for which jobs. You send it from your phone. Nothing leaves without you.
Reviews and texts
Who gets a review ask?
Every customer whose job you closed, once per job, once per customer in 90 days, inside your texting hours. Never only the happy ones: that is review gating, and Google removes every review on the profile for it.
Can a customer stop the texts?
Yes. STOP ends them at once, HELP gets help. The program terms are on the SMS terms page.
Your data
Is my data separate from other businesses?
Yes. Every business is its own workspace with its own logins. There is no shared surface.
Can I get everything out?
Yes. Every panel has a Report button that downloads exactly what you see. It works before you pay and after you stop.
Do you sell the data or train models on it?
No. Your records are processed to run the product and for nothing else. The Privacy Notice says so in the same plain words.
