Terms of Service
Working draft, version 2026-08-31 — pending legal
review. This is the exact text the product asks you to accept at signup;
when counsel revises it, the version date changes and every account is
asked again.
1. The service. HeadHoncho is field-management software: job intake, dispatch,
team, money records and reporting for service businesses. You get an account
for your organization; you are responsible for what your organization does
with it.
2. Your data is yours. Jobs, clients, money records and messages you put in (or
connect) belong to you. We process them to run the product and for nothing
else. You can export your records at any time from the panels' Report
buttons, and you can ask us to delete your organization's data.
3. Accuracy. The numbers on your screens are derived from what you enter. We
work hard to derive them correctly and honestly — but they are records, not
accounting, tax or legal advice.
4. Connected services. If you connect a provider (CallRail, Google Ads, a
WhatsApp number), you confirm you are entitled to connect it and that you
understand what the connection reads and sends. Unofficial WhatsApp
automation carries a risk the number is restricted by WhatsApp; you accept
that risk when you link a device.
5. Messages from third parties. Content retained from groups you connect may
include messages from people who never agreed to these terms. You are
responsible for having the right to bring that content into your workspace,
and for honoring those people's requests about it.
6. Fees. Current pricing is shown before you pay. Fees are charged as agreed at
signup or upgrade; we announce price changes ahead of time.
7. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, no abuse of the messaging rails, no attempts
to break other tenants' isolation.
8. Business numbers and text messaging. Phone numbers we provision for your
workspace are provided for the product's automation — job tickets,
confirmations, reminders and replies. They remain HeadHoncho's numbers: they
cannot be ported out or controlled outside the product, and they return to us
when your tenure ends. A number you bring stays yours; we hold only its
texting while you host it with us. You are responsible for having the
consent of the people you message — your workers agree to receive job texts
as part of working with you, and your customers give you their number when
they book, for updates about that job (appointment set, a reminder, the job
complete or canceled) — and for not using the rails for marketing or
promotional content, which the numbers are not registered to carry. Opt-out
requests (STOP) are honored automatically and you may not message around
them. Program details: headhoncho.app/sms-terms.
9. Availability and liability. The service is provided as-is, without warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees
you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Ending. You can stop any time; your data export works before and after. We
can suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practicable.
11. Changes. If these terms change, you will be asked to accept the new version
before continuing to write into your workspace — silence is not acceptance.
