Service Description
Head Honcho provides a cloud-based field service management platform that enables service businesses to manage jobs, dispatch technicians, build service procedures, and communicate with customers. The platform is offered as a subscription service accessible via web and mobile applications.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Head Honcho shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued service poses a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
