Questions about the money
Is Free a trial?
No. Free is a plan. One company, five subs, a hundred jobs a month, a hundred AI credits a month, three devices, and every feature. It does not expire. You add a card only when you move up.
What is an AI credit?
One credit is one thing the AI did for you that needed a model: a call it picked up and booked, a text it read into the books, a reply it drafted, a suggestion you accepted. Reading your own numbers, the reminders, the review asks and the texts to your customers cost nothing.
What happens when the credits run out?
The AI stops doing the credited things until the month turns or you add a pack. Your jobs, your money, your texts and the reminders keep running. Nothing is lost; the asks wait in Needs you.
What is a device?
A phone signed in to the app. Techs and subs do not need one: they get the job on WhatsApp or by text, like they do now.
What is a phone number?
A number of ours that your AI answers and texts from, so your own stays yours. Base comes with three, Core with six, Pro with fifteen. A number you already have can be brought over.
Do I pay per seat, per tech, per sub?
No. Subs and jobs are unlimited from Base up, and people are never a line on the bill.
Can I change plans or leave?
Any time, month to month. No setup fee, no termination fee. When you leave, every panel still exports what it shows.
