Version 2026-08-31. These terms cover text messages
sent through HeadHoncho on behalf of the businesses that use it.
The program. HeadHoncho sends operational text messages on behalf of
home-service businesses to their own contracted subcontractors and
technicians: new job tickets with appointment details, confirmation
reminders, and two-way replies about the work (acceptance, scheduling,
photo proof of completion). A second, separate program sends job updates to
the business's own customers: the appointment set, a reminder before it, the
job complete, the job canceled — one text per event, about the job the
customer booked. Messages are operational only — neither program sends
marketing or promotional content.
Consent — workers. You receive job texts because a business you work with
added your mobile number to its team roster, with your agreement, as part of
your working relationship, and you confirmed from your own phone.
Consent — customers. You receive job updates because you gave the business
your mobile number when you booked the job, for that job. Nothing is sent
that is not about it, and nothing is sent after it is complete except the
one completion message, if the business has switched it on. HeadHoncho never
buys, rents, or harvests phone numbers. Every conversation names the business
it comes from.
Message frequency varies with the work you are assigned. Message and data
rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How consent is collected: every worker completes a handset-verified double
opt-in; every customer's number is collected on the job form under a
disclosure that job updates may be texted to it. The full flow, with

Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one
confirmation of the opt-out and nothing further. Opting back in is your
choice, by replying START.
